David O Siochain
David has over 20 years experience as a communications strategist working within agencies and with leading sports organisations such as Irish Rugby and British & Irish Lions.
He specialises in strategic communication counsel, corporate communications, issues management and supporting multi-disciplinary team’s achieve their long-term communications goals through robust and adaptive strategies.
David led the in-house communications team at Irish Rugby for 10 years providing strategic communications direction to the IRFU’s High Performance Unit - the division responsible for elite player development, professional contracting and international competition. He also led the communications strategy for the Ireland men’s senior national side during Irish Rugby’s most successful period.
In 2025 he was asked to join the British & Irish Lions management team to support the Touring Party in securing a historic Series win over Australia.
David held senior leadership positions in both The Reputations Agency and Pembroke Communications (now Teneo) where he provided strategic communications advice to a diverse range of clients as well as supporting their issues management, digital communications, stakeholder management and sponsorship activation strategies.
Across his career he has supported clients such as Lidl, An Post, Addleshaw Goddard, Vodafone, Horse Racing Ireland, Scottish Rugby Union, Nationwide UK (Ireland), Beam Inc, UPC, African Diamonds, Boylesports, Europcar, Teeling Whiskey Company, Petrel Resources, Cooley Distillery, GoCar, Pan Andean Resources, Connemara Mining, Tesco, Paralympics Ireland, Ladies Gaelic Football Association, Under Armour, Daiichi Sankyo, A. Menarini, Minelab and Novartis.
Elaine O’Meara
Elaine O’Meara is a senior public affairs and strategic communications adviser with extensive experience working within the Irish political system. She has worked with political figures including the Taoiseach, Ministers, Ministers of State and Members of the European Parliament, and brings insight and expertise in political strategy, campaign management and messaging.
Elaine now advises organisations operating in complex political, regulatory and stakeholder environments. Her work focuses on public affairs strategy, government relations, campaign leadership, stakeholder engagement and political risk management.
She also brings a background in broadcast news media, which informs her approach to media training and leadership coaching, supporting senior leaders and spokespeople to communicate clearly and confidently in high-pressure environments.
